Here’s my top tips for staying above the line:

  • Read ten minutes of positive writing everyday.  If you’re stretched for time then do it instead of reading a newspaper or watching the news
  • Be grateful for all the good things that have happened each day.  We have a tendency to forget all the good stuff, so consciously remind yourself
  • Remain focused on your goals and in particular your long range ones.  When you see your business as a 3 – 5 year project it is much easier to deal with problems and view them as obstacles instead of barriers
