Oh come on, we have all been there! I am going to suggest an alternative for you.
Before you finish the working day, invest 15 minutes in planning the next day. Update your diary, marshal papers and documents together, make sure you have directions/contacts for meetings, review your goals and update your tasks / to-do lists.
If you complete these activities the day before, you free your mind from worry and I am confident you will get a better night’s sleep and make better use of the day ahead.
